IMPORTANT: Do NOT begin these requirements prior to receiving your letter of acceptance. Your acceptance will have your student ID which is needed to complete these requirements. There are no refunds available for background checks completed through Selection.com.

Enrollment Steps

STEP 1:

REQUIRED SUBMISSIONS

Electronically submit your Matriculation Deposit Form (link) along with your $100 non-refundable matriculation deposit.  Your deposit will be applied to your first term of enrollment.

STEP 2:

ONLINE ORIENTATION

Via Blackboard prior to class start. Once accessible, you will receive instructions via email from our Student Success Department.

DISCLAIMER NOTICE – INTERNSHIP PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration students registered in HCA 390 may be required to complete a background check, fingerprinting and drug screen through Selection.com. Students will receive detailed instructions when enrolled in HCA 390 as part of the course curriculum. The results of prior background checks that a student has received for reasons unrelated to the College are not acceptable.

• If a student chooses to select the internship, prior to commencing HCA 450, students must be compliant with any additional requirements specific to the health care facility where they are place. Requirements may include proof of immunizations, review of facility policies or completing certifications. It is the student’s responsibility to find out about facility-specific requirements and to complete them in a timely manner as necessary for internship placement.
